Resting in the silence
of Infinite Beingness,

free of all bondage and fear,

I am Om, the foundation of all,

the quintessence of eternity,

transcending Maya
and the world.

There is no need to be enlightened all the time, but can we rest in that cloudless moment just now?

Presence, deep awareness of what is happening within, dissolves compelling emotions. The straining, resisting self gives way in the light of the body's wisdom.

We find ourselves moving with the flow of life, rather than trying to dam it up. This is liberation, the peace that requires no effort to maintain—the home that was never left.

Gate, gate, paragate,
parasamgate;
