The opportunity
Do you dream of living close to nature, working with the land, and creating a place where people can come together to learn, grow and be inspired?
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful person to help care for and develop a beautiful permaculture farm in the Byron Bay hinterland. Up to 120 acres of land with enormous potential.
Our vision is to create a vibrant, regenerative and inspiring place where the principles of permaculture, sustainable living and connection with nature can be shared with others.
Alongside caring for the land, we want to develop week-long and month-long courses, workshops and immersive learning experiences for people who want to deepen their understanding of sustainable living and reconnect with the natural world.
We are looking for someone who share our vision of creating a place that nurtures the land, inspires people and demonstrates practical pathways towards a more regenerative future.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines a love of the land with an interest in people, education and community building. You will take an active role in the day-to-day management and development of the farm in harmony with its ecology. You will be helping to establish it as a destination for meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.

The satisfaction of bringing people together to learn practical skills, exchange ideas and experience regenerative living.
The precise remuneration and profit-sharing structure will be discussed with the right candidate and agreed upon transparently.
A sense of place
A glimpse of the landscape and life that make this place special.
We see this as more than a job. It is an opportunity to create a living example of what is possible when people work with nature, share knowledge and build a community around a common vision. If you have the practical skills, organisational ability and passion to help turn this vision into reality, we would love to hear from you.
